At Orange Lifestyle Collective, we want you to love your sustainable fashion pieces as much as we do. We understand that sometimes things might not work out exactly as expected, so we've made our return process simple and straightforward.
1. Return Eligibility - Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery - Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition - All original tags must remain attached - Items must be returned in their original packaging - Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Items - Items marked as "Final Sale" - Intimates and swimwear (for hygiene reasons) - Items that show signs of wear or damage - Items that have been altered or modified
3. Return Process
- Step 1: Contact our customer service team through our website or email
- Step 2: Fill out the return form (included in your package)
- Step 3: Pack your item(s) securely in their original packaging
- Step 4: Ship the items to our Manchester warehouse using a tracked service
4. Refund Information - Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method - Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item: - Contact us within 48 hours of delivery - Include photos of the damage or incorrect item - We'll cover return shipping costs - We'll either replace the item or provide a full refund including original shipping costs
6. Exchange Policy - Exchanges are processed as a return and new purchase - If you'd like to exchange an item, please return it following our return process and place a new order for your preferred item
7. International Returns - International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties - Please allow up to 14 business days for international returns to be processed
